This is my own personal FREE workshop for youth ages 16-26 who struggle with mental heath issues, live in an unstable or abusive environment, or whom may be houseless or just need someone to talk to.
I have struggled myself with personal experiences that have left me completely questioning my own purpose. I think most of us have been there and felt very alone.
My goal is to show people that you are NOT alone. I am here for you. And as a Certified Life Coach, My goal is to guide you through anything you may need a bit of guidance, or a helping hand, or a listening ear for....
I am ALWAYS accepting client applications . My clients will become my best friend and my student.
We will do guided meditations, practice speaking/verbal positive affirmations, we will do Tai chi sessions. We will have lunch together (if you are vaccinated and/or comfortable with that). I will spoil the crap out of each client with my heart and soul. With my time and genuine love. Apllications are 100% FREE, as is the whole process.
